Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to support accurate and timely payroll operations for a large employee population in Van Nuys, California. This Long-term Contract position focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, multi-state compliance, and precise handling of variable earnings such as differentials and incentive-based pay. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage detailed payroll activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Process biweekly payroll from start to finish for a workforce of more than 800 employees, ensuring accuracy for both exempt and non-exempt team members.
• Review, calculate, and apply variable compensation elements, including shift or task-based pay differentials and commission or sales incentive payments.
