SECTION I: General DescriptionSupervise and lead the Time & Attendance (T&A) team, ensuring timely and accurate capture, review, and validation of incidents, and correct and punctual execution of payroll under an outsourced model.
Ensures compliance with internal policies, operational controls, and the Federal Labor Law; coordinates special processes (Profit Sharing – PTU, year‐end bonus) and works directly with the payroll vendor to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity.
Promotes continuous improvement and efficiency throughout the cycle.SECTION II: Experience and Education4-7 years of experience in payroll or Time & Attendance.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.English proficiency at 60%.
SECTION III: Knowledge, Skills, and CertificationsStrong knowledge of T&A processes and payroll workflow.Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters).
