Our long standing client within the manufacturing industry is in the market for a Payroll and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team to cover a maternity leave role.

Work in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne, great hours being 7am - 4pm and take every 2nd Friday off and 3 weeks break over Christmas!

Working with this small close knit team, you will be responsible for:

• Daily payroll exceptions processing;
• Weekly payroll including payroll and super payments processing circa 250 employees;
• New employee/terminated employee processing;
• Daily Invoicing;
• Inventory input;
• Daily cash receipt allocations;
• Co-ordinating transport of inventory.
