SUMMARY : Answers all incoming calls in prompt and courteous manner. Transfer calls to appropriate departments. Assists callers and guests with general information in a courteous and timely manner. Promotes positive guest relations to internal and external individuals. Respond to emergency calls and situations quickly and according to policies and procedures.
