The PC-12 NGX Instructor delivers ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, and Specialty courses. This role prioritizes each customer’s progress by tailoring instruction to individual training needs, targeting areas for improvement, and providing constructive, actionable feedback through briefings and debriefings.

Responsibilities

+ Deliver standardized training in classroom and simulator environments.

+ Provide Initial, Recurrent, and differences training.

+ Conduct training in accordance with SIMCOM by CAE standards and safety requirements.

+ Communicate effectively through verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
