Position Description:

Temporary technical staff are needed to support a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program for the Judicial Branch. Technicians will assist with deployment and replacement of desktop and laptop computers at Judicial Branch facilities throughout Maricopa County. Responsibilities include imaging systems, workstation setup, peripheral installation, hardware replacement, basic troubleshooting, inventory tracking, and customer support during deployment activities. Technicians will provide onsite assistance to judicial staff and end users while maintaining a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
