The P&C Technology & Analytics Director – North America is responsible for executing the regional People & Culture technology and analytics strategy for the United States and Canada.

• This role partners closely with the Global P&C Technology, Analytics & Operations Leader to ensure regional alignment with global HR technology standards, data governance, and analytics capabilities while addressing North America–specific regulatory, operational, and business needs.
• The role ensures the effective adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR technologies, data insights, and analytics solutions that enable People & Culture leaders to make informed decisions and improve employee experience across North America.
