Key Responsibilities

+ Provide support for IT warehouse operations, including fulfillment, inventory management, and hardware distribution.

+ Process and manage tickets through an IT service management (ITSM) system, ensuring timely updates and completion.

+ Prepare, ship, receive, and track IT equipment based on user requests.

+ Maintain accurate hardware inventory records and update asset tracking systems.

+ Configure, image, and deploy computers and peripheral equipment as needed.

+ Perform equipment recovery for offboarded users, including coordinating returns and processing inbound devices.

+ Support basic hardware installations such as monitors and peripherals.

+ Assist with packaging, shipping logistics, and coordinating return shipments for remote users.
