We One in Dubai is seeking a skilled PCBA Production Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for SMT and THT manufacturing processes. This role plays a key part in enhancing workforce capability and ensuring compliance with training standards.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing and strong knowledge of SMT/THT processes, accompanied by a diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field. IPC certification is an added advantage.
