**What you’ll do:**

+ Monitors quality progress and performance and makes corrections as needed. Functions as quality assurance on new product development, mass product quality improvement .
+ Drive product quality improvement
+ Monitor the tracking of field problems & complaints to push the improvement
+ Controls MFG quality performance and analyze MFG issues
+ Warranty and CONC analyze and improve
+ Monitor related NPD product development
+ Serves as Customer representative to ensure that customer requirements are addressed

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or above
+ 5+ years of relevant work experience
+ ISO & industrial standard, QC tools, ...
