DESCRIPTION:

Shifts: Need 6-13 shifts per month, schedule is 11.5 hours (7:00 am -7:30 pm & 7:00 pm -7:30 am) Provider must be willing to work either 100% night or weekend shifts OR a 50% day/night rotation with every 2 weekend work requirement

Setting: Hospital

- Provider will cross-cover PICU, PCICU, and PCU as needed to balance coverage across needed areas. Orientation to each unit will be provided.

- Types of Cases: provider role (assessment, critical care planning, prescriptive orders, care coordination, emergency management, Epic documentation)

- Credentialing Timeframe: 8-10 weeks
