Overview

The Per Diem Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs.

Per-diem NP position for busy pediatric subspecialty division (Neuro Child Evaluation) located in HOPE Tower, 5th Floor, Neptune. Practice open Monday - Friday, no weekends.

Responsibilities

1. Performs and documents accurate, complete, and relevant history and physical assessments appropriate for the patient's age, gender, and clinical problem. 2.
