**Position Summary:**

As Serco expands its programs and partnerships in Canada, we are seeking dedicated and empathetic Peer Mentors to strengthen job seeker engagement and support workforce attachment across Alberta. This role is pivotal in fostering trust, motivation, and resilience among individuals navigating employment barriers.

Peer Mentors provide relationship-based, lived-ex

perience support to Job Seekers—enhancing engagement, trust, retention, and sustainment. Serving Stream C or DES-equivalent populations, this role ensures emotional and motivational support, complementing but not replacing formal case management. It aligns with Alberta’s Transition to Employment Services guidelines focused on job attachment and retention.
