Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows
Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles
Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance
Mentor development teams and conduct design code reviews with a focus on domain specific compliance and scalability
Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways trading platforms and insurance data providers
