What is the opportunity? The BPM development chapter is an exciting team to build innovative BPM solutions that accelerate digital transformation at RBC. The primary technology in use is PEGA and other emerging technologies such as Camunda. As a PEGA BPM developer you will work with the Tech Lead to design and build high‑profile workflow applications with quality and speed, adopt an agile mindset, implement DevOps practices, and participate in BPM chapter meetings, contributing to best practices.

What will you do?

Participate in lab discussions to understand and contribute to business requirements.

Assist the Tech Lead in application design and independently take on the design of sub‑components.

Develop PEGA solutions that fulfill requirements, comply with PEGA best practices, and unit‑test for quality.
