Role: PEM - Electrical - (Substation Project)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure engineering deliverables are in sync with project timelines through effective coordination and regular progress reviews.
2. Oversee and approve designs, drawings, and calculations for both Primary and Secondary substation systems (up to 765 kV GIS/AIS).
3. Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, allocate tasks and man-hours, and drive productivity through reviews and mentoring.
4. Interface with Civil, Structural, MEP, and Instrumentation teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering scopes.
5. Supervise vendor engineering, clarify technical requirements, and ensure timely delivery of materials in coordination with SCM and Contracts teams.
