JPC-6112 Hiring: Pension & Social Security Manager
We are seeking an experienced Pension & Social Security Manager to join our outsourcing and recruitment operations team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all pension and social security registrations and compliance activities for UAE Nationals and GCC Nationals.
- Handle employee registration, updates, and deregistration through pension and government portals, including Nafis and other relevant systems.
- Liaise with government entities and authorities regarding pension, social security, and employment-related matters.
- Oversee government relations processes and ensure full compliance with UAE labor and pension regulations.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, onboarding, and offboarding teams regarding pension contributions and employee records.
- Prepare reports, audits, and compliance documentation as required.
