Job Title: 2 People Advisors (1 Permanent, 1 FTC)

Salary: £32,523 - £36,556

Location: South Yorkshire - Hybrid – 3 days in office

Job Role: Venn Group have been approached by an Education Authority in South Yorkshire to assist in their search for 2 People Advisors with experience in dealing with HR/ER Casework.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the People Business Partners to deliver a comprehensive People Experience service across the college.
• Support Managers in managing their caseload for designated areas including absence cases, disciplinaries, grievance and performance matters in a proactive way.
• Be a key point of contact for initial discussions regarding policy queries and process guidance, particularly around employee relations matters in designated areas
