EMS provides key operational support to EY’s Tax and Accounting practices by managing client engagements and ensuring compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management support on complex regulatory affairs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end engagement lifecycle and maintain reporting standards.
• Support project management and control the cost of compliance activities in various regions.
• Ensure smooth delivery in accordance with agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate client initiatives, meetings, and communications.
• Organize annual EY site visits and country calls.
