People and Admin Coordinator to support daily office operations, front-desk activities, and mass recruitment initiatives.
This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with around
0 - 1 year of experience in administration, reception, recruitment, or a similar role.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Welcome employees, candidates, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains organized and presentable.
- Receive and coordinate incoming and outgoing documents, packages, and deliveries.
- Support visitor access and meeting room arrangements when required.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to different teams when needed.
