**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
+ Experience in workforce planning and organizational design.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
+ Ability to communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts.
+ Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
