+ 9 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
+ Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.

+ Understanding of the approaches needed to prepare and support individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change.
+ Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
