As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that enable business success, build leadership capability, and foster a positive, high-performance culture. You'll play a critical role in aligning people priorities with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to your business areas.
This role is focused on building organisational effectiveness, enhancing the employee experience, and driving cultural and behavioural change, while working in partnership with the HR Operations team to ensure consistent and compliant delivery of people practices.This role is primarily office-based, with the option to work from home 1β2 days per week as part of our flexible working approach.
