Coca-Cola HBC Argentina is seeking a People & Culture Analyst - Generalist to shape employee experience, support payroll, personnel administration, and build data-driven decision making across the Plant.

You will work closely with managers, supervisors, and employees to improve workforce visibility and execute P&C strategies with accuracy, leveraging tools like Workday, SAP, and Power BI.
