Position Overview

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offers. Facilitate onboarding, cross-boarding, and off boarding processes. Prepare employment contracts and employee documentation. Coordinate induction programmes and probation reviews.
