Responsible for the full HR function and take responsibility for ensuring HR matters are handled accurately, consistently, and on time.
Work closely with management and hiring managers on manpower planning, recruitment needs, hiring priorities, salary proposals, and staffing issues.
Lead full-cycle recruitment where required, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangements, offer preparation, candidate follow-up, and hiring updates.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring required documents, P-files, LOA, new hire forms, Whyze updates, orientation, face scan registration, exit documents, and final follow-ups are completed properly.
Handle work pass matters, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, IPA follow-up, medical checks, security bond, SG Arrival Card reminders, e-issuance, levy waiver, and foreign employee records.
