People & Culture Intern

Summary: The People & Culture Intern will gain hands‑on exposure to the People & Culture function, supporting the team across onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and learning & development. This is a learning‑focused role designed to build a strong foundation in HR operations while contributing to the day‑to‑day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring new joiners have required resources.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry.
• Help prepare monthly HR reports and support ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assist with letter writing, contract drafting, and administrative tasks, keeping templates current.
