THE JOB

As a Trainee in the People & Culture team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a variety of tasks and projects. You will support the development and implementation of our People strategy, including benchmarking, monitoring indicators, and coordinating communication actions. You will also assist gathering KPIs and drafting technical reports, that will drive our agenda.
