As the Growth Markets Benefits Partner, you will support the TR benefit transformation in partnership with the Global Benefits Lead. Within the role, you’ll create a deep relationship with Growth Market regional teams to drive the benefits strategy across those locations.

Skills and experiences
- Excellent analytical skills & business acumen
- Experience of Growth Market benefits - specifically some experience in benefits for Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and Brazil.
- Deep knowledge of the benefits portfolio
- Experience in benefit platform implementation
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experiences with benefit tools and broker relationships
