The Ministry of Justice is seeking a People Experience Advisor in Wellington to deliver proactive HR guidance, advice and services to managers via the AskHR team. You will help shape employee relations and provide timely solutions that align with the Ministry's strategic goals.

In this role you will coach and train managers to lift people leader capability, contribute to HR policy implementation, and participate in ad hoc projects that drive workforce improvements across the public sector.
