How You Will Achieve It

• Serve as the key point of contact between PX, GBS, Payroll and key vendors for the management, coordination, and operational handling of documents/processes related to these areas.
• Manage and support policy administration and audit-related processes, leveraging local NOLA market knowledge to ensure alignment with applicable requirements and operational needs.
• Support PX Budget administration.
• Be the PX support for labor authorities or inspectors during audits.
• Ensure that HR policies are duly updated, loaded into the portal, and communicated.
• Manage and coordinate work contract addendums and related personnel administration vendor activities, ensuring this scope is carried out in close collaboration with the Personnel Administration team.
