0-2 years of experience in HR, analytics and/or a related area
Experience with data manipulation, reporting and visualization using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or other relevant tools
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, as well as work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to guide non-technical audiences through data findings and handle confidential information with discretion
