You will be responsible for:

+ recruiting employees and maintaining personnel documentation

+ ensuring timely medical examinations and health & safety (H&S) training

+ preparing employee schedules and maintaining working time records

+ managing, monitoring, and replenishing workwear, anniversary awards, and other necessary supplies

+ preparing and entering data into the payroll and HR system, including handling formalities related to payroll calculation and termination of employment

+ preparing employment and payroll reports in line with legal regulations and McDonald's standards
