About the role

Our client is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys the operational side of human resources. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting employee relations, HR administration, compliance, process improvement, and people operations across the business.

The focus is on delivering excellent operational HR support, maintaining compliance, assisting with employee relations processes, and helping to build scalable people practices within a fast-paced environment.
