ABOUT THE ROLE

A detail-oriented, systems-focused role supporting the daily HR operations of a 120+ person education group running three brands. You will work closely with the People Lead to keep our HRMS accurate, ensure payroll data is prepared and verified each cycle, and manage the administrative threads of the employee lifecycle. Whilst you work remotely, you are a core part of the People team - expected to be organised, proactive, and fully present in the day-to-day rhythm of the business. Accuracy and confidentiality are the two things that matter most in this seat.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HRMS and data management Maintain accurate employee records across all entities in Just Login, including new hires, transfers, and leavers Handle leave and attendance tracking; ensure records reflect correctly in Just Login and resolve discrepancies promptly Liaise with Just Login support and HR vendors to resolve system queries
