Position Overview
<p>Implements, administers, interprets and communicates human resource policies and programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, and adherence to overall company philosophy, policy, and procedures.<br><p>Provides consulting to management on employee relations issues and HR policies and procedures. Recruits or assists management in the recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt candidates; conducts new hire orientations, maintains the career opportunity program, and the appropriate employment records; ensures that job postings and all transfer and promotion activity is in compliance with established company policy and AAP/EEO guidelines.
