In this role you will own the People operations foundation at Seqera, shaping processes as the company scales globally. You’ll partner with People, Finance, IT and external partners to keep operations accurate, compliant, and employee-centered. You’ll own onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, and policy documentation, while proactively improving workflows and documentation. The role combines hands-on execution with opportunities to build scalable systems in a mission-driven biotech software environment.
