About the role:

We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our People workstream, supporting the delivery of a strategic transformation programme that will have a significant impact across the organisation.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of People activities, collaborate with colleagues across the People Function and Transformation Team, and contribute directly to the successful delivery of organisational change. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping to coordinate key people-related activities while developing valuable experience in programme delivery, change management, and people operations.
