Talabat is seeking a People Operations professional in Dubai to support end-to-end onboarding and onboarding-related processes. You will coordinate documentation, unit provisioning, and benefits enrollment while collaborating with IT, Payroll, and Procurement for timely onboarding.

You will also manage pre-boarding calls, maintain HR data accuracy, handle government-related formalities, and assist with offboarding, payroll inputs, audits, and HR system enhancements to improve efficiency.
