Key Responsibilities - Lead and govern end‑to‑end HR cycles, including performance ratings, bonus administration, and promotion exercises, ensuring operational readiness, process integrity, and timeliness.
- Oversee core HR processes such as onboarding/offboarding, vendor payments and claims processing, setting service standards, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
- Act as senior point of contact for complex HR process and system queries, providing expert guidance and managing stakeholder experience.
