About the role

You will join the People team as part of the People Ops & Payroll function. You will work in close collaboration with the Payroll Specialist, sitting within the People Compliance & Governance area. This high‑autonomy, high‑variety role has visibility across the entire company and serves as the operational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly for our approx. 400 employees.

Your focus is on the ops side: coordinating processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring every cycle (payroll, onboarding) runs on time and without gaps.
