2–4 years of experience in HR Ops or People Ops (generalist or specialist)
Experience coordinating payroll cycles — not necessarily calculating payroll, but owning the coordination and follow-up
Hands-on experience with a modern HRIS (HiBob, Personio, Factorial, or equivalent)
End-to-end ownership of onboarding and offboarding operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English (C1+ level in both languages) are required. Additional European languages are highly valued
(Desirable) Experience with, HiBob, Payroll Software, Deel or contractor/freelancer payment platforms
(Desirable) Knowledge of PRL (occupational risk prevention) in Spain
(Desirable) Background in fintech, startup, or fast-growth environment
