Orbitworks is seeking an experienced People Operations & Recruiting Partner to join our team at our stateoftheart facility in Abu Dhabi. This role is a unique blend of recruiting and people operations responsibilities designed to support our ambitious growth and production goals. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, drive onboarding excellence, handle employee lifecycle operations and ensure seamless HRBP support for our growing team. With plans to produce up to fifty 500 kg satellites annually this role will be instrumental in building and supporting the skilled workforce needed to achieve these production targets.
