Our client is a mining conglomerate with over 15000 employees and they are looking for an experienced People & Organization Manager to join their team.
This role is responsible for:
- Organisation structure & manpower planning
- Performance management system (KPI/PMS)
- Talent management & succession planning
- Leadership development & culture programs
- HR policy alignment across Group entities
Overall Objectives:
- 8β12 years of HR experience, especially in: Organisation development, Talent management and Performance management
- Experience working in group or multi-company structure is preferred
- Good business understanding and able to connect HR with business needs
- Hands-on and able to build systems/processes from scratch
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
