The Royal Flying Doctor Service
South Eastern Section (RFDSSE) is an organisation that requires little
introduction. As we fly towards our 100-year anniversary, our name is cemented
in Australian history as a trusted healthcare provider to the rural and remote communities
we serve. RFDSSE is a mid-sized organisation with 450+ employees, contractors
and volunteers and 60 leaders, combining health, aviation and corporate industries.

Like many teams
across RFDSSE, the People Team has grown from humble beginnings. What started
with a single personnel team member and a filing cabinet has evolved into a
team of nine (9) highly valued HR professionals, each bringing unique skills
and expertise to support our most valuable asset - our people. We’re a team
