Arbisoft is seeking a People Partner to drive fair performance management, compensation alignment, and people effectiveness through data-driven decisions. You will own annual and bi-annual reviews, calibrations, and ensure equity and transparency across teams.

You will partner with leaders to map competencies, identify high performers, and support coaching, PIPs, and talent development while maintaining confidentiality and trust. Proficiency with HRIS, Power BI, and Tableau is a plus.
