Responsibilities / Tasks

• 
  
• Support People processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
  
• Help maintain accurate employee data and documentation in HR systems (e.G., Workday)
  
• Assist with employee queries and day-to-day People administration
  
• Prepare People documents, presentations, and internal communications
  
• Assist with payroll-related data validation and reporting
  
• Support the use of AI tools (e.G., Microsoft Copilot) to improve team productivity and employee experience
