Core Responsibilities

• Provide strategic partnerships within LOM and leadership teams.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, supporting leadership teams in Employee Engagement, DEI, and Leadership Playground.
• Support the Head of People, Places & Culture in governing the organizational structure in LOM.
• Offer local support and insights to global people, partners and onsite support to global teams in LOM.
• Lead impactful deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with integral Centers of Excellence.
