Responsibilities :
Provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance provided to managers and employees on a variety of case management issues.Responsible for all employee relations Case Management (i.e. underperformance, disciplinary, cross border, grievance, and sickness absence)Executing a portfolio of business change projects and in-country projects in collaboration with HRBPs. Providing support to HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes (i.e. Talent, Rewards). Requirements
