As the People Relations Manager, you have complete responsibility and accountability for the
People Relations areas for Norway Sales Market. You implement the global deliveries and
processes, policies, and guidelines. You secure that local laws, practices and needs are captured
and catered for. You facilitate alignment between global and local needs to achieve a common
approach and delivery where needed.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Lead the development, implementation, and execution of H&M Group Colleague People Relations Strategy and coach leaders.
- Evaluate and analyse data and metrics to ensure the impact of the People Relations strategy and priorities.
- Support with trainings, processes, legal complaints, communications etc. Conduct development and performance conversations with direct reporting employees.
